We’re a research and intelligence team by training — the kind of people who read the market before they open the deck. Some of us come from strategy consultancies, some from operating roles inside global companies. What we share is a preference for evidence over eloquence, and a belief that leadership teams deserve advice they can actually check.
We’re small on purpose. We take on one engagement at a time, staff it with senior people, and stay in the room until the work is done. If something isn’t working we say so early, not politely.
